Service Description
Immerse yourself into this trifecta of healing. You are taken on a journey to revitalise the mind, body and spirit. Starting off with breath work (15mins) to clear the mind and rebalance the nervous system, you are guided into a mediation and sound bath using crystal bows and ethereal instruments (45mins). After delving into different dimension, you will be gently brought back into your body with slow-paced Yin Yoga asanas to help keep your body vital and rejuvenated (15mins). This is truly a magical experience.
