Satva Yoga
This form of yoga combines ancient yogic teachings, modern-day science and mind-body exploration to help overcome anxiety, transcend fear, enhance intuition, cultivate willpower, balance the brain and bring a sense of joy.
Satva yoga uses a combination of postures, breath work, chants and meditation to awaken the “prana” (life force energy). You will leave the session feeling energised and powerful.
