Service Description

Lumecca is a breakthrough intense pulsed light treatment (IPL) used to improve the complexion and clarity of the skin. It stimulates facial rejuvenation and is especially good at treating pigmentation such as age spots and sun damage, freckles, vascular lesions and rosacea. It is a safe treatment for all skin types and can be used on areas such as: Face Neck Decolletage Legs Hands Arms And can treat the following concerns: Age spots (red/brown pigmentations) Sun damage Vascular lesions (spider veins, port wine stains, leg telangiectasias, angiomas, superficial leg veins) Rosacea (redness) Freckles General improvement and clarity of the skin Recovery: Little to no downtime.  Redness and a slight warming of the skin are normal after treatment and usually subsides within an hour.  Over the next 24-48 hours, you may see a darkening of pigmented spots; in the week afterwards, the pigmented lesions flake off, leading to an evening out of skin tone. After treating vascular lesions, you may see the vein blanch and disappear or a colour change in the vessel, which dissipates after a few days. We suggest a course of 3-4 sessions, 3 weeks apart, for optimal results. Pricing Please note that pricing is dependant on how many areas are treated. Bookings for this treatment are for consultation, with the potential of having treatment the same day if suitable.
